Through the First Choice Executive Suites video conferencing services you are provided connections to over 250 cities in 25 countries internationally.  Orientation and video conferencing support are provided for all reservations scheduled through First Choice Executive Suites.

  • Elegantly appointed conference room
  • Point-to-Point video conferences
  • Multi-Point bridging
  • European multi-point bridging
  • Document scanning capabilities & DVD/VCR
  • Room Rental One hour minimum, half hour increments thereafter (higher rates apply during non-business hours and for large groups) $225
  • Communication charges:
    • 384 Kbps per hour $90
    • 256 Kbps per hour $65
    • 128 Kbps per hour $50
    • International rates (pricing by request)
  • Scheduling changes and/or multi-point scheduling $50/site

Scheduling Fees

  • Reservations or Cancellations less than:
    • Two business days scheduling fee and 100% of room rental
    • Two to four business days scheduling fee and 50% of room rental
    • More than four days scheduling fee only
