Our elegantly appointed conference room includes an advanced sound station conferencing phone, Polycom VSX 7000 videoconference equipment with 384 ISDN and IP conferencing capability, 32" LG LCD TV w/VCR & DVD, Presentation Board, Document Scanner, and High Speed Internet Access. We offer a Full set of Lenox China to impress your clients and we’ll be glad to coordinate your catering needs.

Telephone Systems

We offer the latest technology in phone systems through Inter-Tel.  Your office phone offers 4 outbound appearances, hands free speaker, complimentary voice mail, record-a-caller ID, 18 programmable keys, 2 line visual display, remote intercoming and call forwarding and simple one-touch conference call capability. For remote users we offer IP Phones and soft computer phones. It literally seems to all parties, including your clients, as though you are working in our building when in fact you are working from a “remote/home location” that may be in California or Texas. With an IP Phone, our receptionist has the ability to see if you are on the phone when a call comes in or in a “Do Not Disturb” mode, which we can turn off when that important call comes in that you have been waiting for. You can receive multiple calls, place calls on hold, initiate conference calls, and independently forward calls to any endpoint destination, day or night. 

Secretarial Services

With First Choice, you have a support staff that professionally answers and screens your calls.  We can assist you with a variety of administrative duties including document preparation and proofreading, as well as meeting and conference coordinating.

Exercise Room & Showers

Our private exercise room, with Men's and Women's locker and shower rooms, is equipped with a stationary bike, elliptical machine, treadmill, free weights & universal machine.  Cable TV is available for your viewing while exercising. You never have to leave the office to take care of your well being and waste valuable time traveling to a gym.
