Suite Answer Phone System

Our professional Administrative Assistants will answer your calls in your company’s name according to your specifications. You will receive a professional phone number, or we can use your current number. You will receive a voice mailbox that may be remotely set up and retrieve your personal voice mails 24/7. Call redirecting, we have that too. With our specialized technology we can redirect calls to your primary number or remote location as you so instruct. By providing us with multiple phone numbers such as cell, home, or other office locations, we may locate you when your clients need you. With an IP Phone, our receptionist has the ability to see if you are on the phone when a call comes in or in “Do Not Disturb” mode. You can receive multiple calls, place calls on hold, initiate conference calls, and independently forward calls to any endpoint destination, day or night.

Our staff is there for you when you need us. It is our intention to become the vital Personal Assistant you’ve always wanted and needed.

Mail

By having First Choice receive your business mail, you have access to a prestigious business address. First Choice will receive your business mail, packages, and deliveries. You may choose to have your own personal Postal Approved private mail box for an additional $9.95 per month.

Building Directory

You may display your company's name on the outside building directory in the same manner as tenants in the building when space is available.

Office Access

You have the use of a private, fully furnished office/conference room and shared use of the reception area during normal business hours. You will also have access to a wide variety of business services. While in the office your calls can be forwarded directly to you.

Alliance Network Access

You have courtesy worldwide access to offices/conference rooms through the OBCAI (Office Business Center Association International).
